Offering sensational fresh and inventive dishes with a distinctive Mediterranean slant, The Deli Counter has quickly become a popular lunchtime destination for Melbourne’s CBD population. Working collaboratively with the client, Studio Y.’s new fitout is a clever mix of utilitarian surfaces, stripped-back architecture and salvaged objects.
