Studio Y has designed a forever home in MC House, custom-built for our client and their three energetic boys to grow up in.
The house features a unique roof design with a low profile and large overhangs, providing ample shading to minimise heat loads and enhance energy efficiency.
Embracing sustainability, the residence is equipped with solar panels and rainwater collection systems. Natural light permeates the interior spaces through strategically positioned skylights creating a luminous ambience that accentuates the home’s contemporary elegance.
The seamless flow of the open-plan living area extends effortlessly into the secluded backyard, blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. A generously proportioned deck area beckons for gatherings and leisure. The master bedroom marries luxury and comfort, with a private balcony overlooking the landscape.
