For the retailer’s Melbourne Central store, we wanted to surprise and delight from the moment visitors stepped through the door. The oversized ruler on the store’s facade – a Milligram signature – playfully nods at what’s contained inside. From there, peruse the world’s best designer stationery brands, set against a lowkey nude material palette; with pops of porcelain, fluted polycarbonate, warm timbers, rendered concrete and brass fittings adding balance and bringing the concept together.
